Issues with Camera

I am facing issues with the camera on Keet, what should I do?

Camera doesn't work:

  • Enable and check the camera configuration in the app while joining the call.

  • Verify that Keet has the necessary camera permissions.

  • Test the camera in other apps to ensure it's functioning.

Video quality is low:

  • Ensure a stable internet connection.

  • Adjust video quality settings during the call. Click on the dropdown button next to the camera icon to change video quality.

Video is flipped:

You can mirror/flip your video on Mobile by clicking on the flip camera icon during the call.

Switch between cameras:

You can use the flip camera icon on mobile devices to switch between the front and back camera of your device.
