Issue with Keet App
What should I do if Keet is not working properly on my device?
Wait 5 mins, if the app doesn't load, close the app, and wait 5 mins with the app closed.
Restart the app
Make sure you close all Keet instances on your device and then restart the app. You can close all instances by:
On Windows: Open Task Manager> Keet > right-click and select End Task.
On macOS: Open Force Quit > Keet > click Force Quit.
On Linux: Open System Monitor or use kill command to end Keet processes.
On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Keet > tap Force Stop.
On iOS: Open App Switcher > Keet > swipe up to close the app.
Update the app
Ensure you are using the latest version. You can update Keet to the latest version.
Check your internet connection
Verify that your device has a stable internet connection.
VPN
Check if your VPN is not blocking Keet. Try disabling the VPN and check if it helps.
Restart the device
Restart your device and run Keet again.
Please report all the issues and let us know which of the steps fixed them for you. If none of the above steps helped, please report to us immediately. Under no circumstances should you delete from your device any Keet related folders manually.
